Frank Mccourt
Frank McCourt had many jobs, but it was his role as a high school English teacher that propelled him into the role of storyteller. McCourt is best known for finding humor in bad situations. He often gave the advice "write what you know" to his students; he eventually took that advice and wrote his own story.
